• Visit site and consult with family members
• Perform visual inspection of items
• Establish terms & agreement of sale
• Stage items for sale and tag items
• Provide inventory of items sold
• Clean and sweep area
• Place all waste in client trash bend or dumpster
• Manage donation of unsold items or assist client with other personalrequests.
• Provide a professional written appraisal for items donated for tax purposes.
• Our appraisals provide inventories with photos, description, and current fair market value of personal property to be donated along with IRS Form 8283 for your accountant.
